Hello, Happy Friday!

Hello! I’m happy to “see” you today. I’m just popping in to post a few projects. My niece is expecting her first baby, tentative due date is November, so I have time to make her a lot of stuff. I just finished a bib and I’ve begun an afghan for the baby. The afghan is called Sunny Spread and is from the winter issue of Crochet Today!. I love this square design!  It is actually supposed to be a larger afghan but I switched the yarn to a baby/sport weight yarn called Pound of Love and I changed to hook size to an E.  Lastly, I wanted to show you the counted cross stitch sampler I’m itching to start.

I’ve said it before…

And I’ll say it again…I’m terrible about updating my blog. I always mean to do better, but for whatever reason, I forget. (Not wanting to admit to memory getting worse. LOL) Right now, I don’t have any photos of projects in progress. I’ve been getting ready to work on some counted cross stitch and won bids for several patterns on Ebay. I need to tell you about a wonderful person. Barbara who I know as the proprietress of a wonderful Ebay site, bgoriginal. This woman is my absolute favorite person that I have ever done business with on Ebay. She actually hurt herself and due to being on pain meds, didn’t respond as quickly as she thought she should on one of her auctions that I won. She actually went without meds so she could take care of business. Anyway, I wanted to tell y’all about her. If you enjoy cross stitching, she is someone to check out even though I don’t want you to bid against me! LOL!
